Spring Cleaning Services

A spring clean puts your house back into order. At Houseproud, we provide thoughtful, thorough spring cleaning services across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and the surrounding areas. Whether you are emerging from the winter months, or simply moving house, our team is here to help your home feel refreshed and cared for.

Each clean is tailored to your property and requirements. From inside windows to behind appliances, from skirting boards to light switches, from underneath sofa’s, every overlooked corner is given proper attention. We do not rush. We work with care, using your own preferred products to ensure the right solutions are used for your surfaces, materials, and hygiene standards.

What Our Spring Clean Includes

  • A deep and comprehensive clean of your selected rooms

  • Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting throughout

  • Kitchen cleaning including exterior cupboard doors and appliance fronts

  • Bathroom cleaning and descaling

  • Skirting boards, switches, doors, and interior windows (where accessible)

  • Optional extras such as oven cleaning, or carpet cleaning on request

This service is ideal before hosting guests, after building works, ahead of a house move, or simply as a seasonal reset. We serve homes in Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Southborough, Hildenborough, Bidborough, Pembury, and neighbouring villages.

Spring Cleaning Prices

Our spring cleaning service is charged at £23.70 per hour, inclusive of VAT.

  • £20.00 per hour is paid directly to your cleaner

  • £3.70 per hour is Houseproud’s agency fee

A £50.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee covers the arrangement and scheduling of your cleaner, and ensures your booking is confirmed in our calendar. For large or multi-day cleans, we are happy to provide a bespoke quote.

All work is carried out by experienced, trusted cleaners who are hand-selected to suit your home and preferences. Wherever possible, we aim to assign the same cleaner for repeat visits to ensure consistency and familiarity.
